The range

Three categories, one workshop

We keep the range narrow on purpose. Every item we sell is made or finished in our own facility, so the specification you approve is the specification you receive.

The factory

Twelve years of making metal parts

Oshe has been producing bag hardware and zippers in Dongguan since 2014. Production, assembly and inspection all happen under one roof — which is why we can tell you a lead time and mean it.

12 years in production

Established 2014 in Dongguan, Guangdong. Hardware and zippers made in our own workshop, not sourced and resold.

Third-party inspection welcome

SGS, Intertek, BV or your own representative can inspect before shipment. We will not ask you to skip it.

Video walkthrough on request

A live call from the production floor, at any stage of an order. Ask and we will schedule it.

Sample kept against your order

The approved sample is retained so both sides measure the bulk delivery against the same reference.

Why buyers work with us

A narrow range, made properly

Low minimums that still make sense

100 pcs per style, and you can mix colours and sizes within that quantity. Enough to test a market without committing to a full run.

Twelve years on the same floor

We have been making hardware and zippers in Dongguan since 2014. Long enough to know which specifications fail in the field, and to say so before you order.

Your logo, not ours

Laser-engraved or embossed branding on hardware, and printed logo on packaging. You are the brand; we stay in the background.

Complaints answered in 24 hours

Every bulk order gets a named after-sales contact. If something is wrong, we respond within one working day and we replace defective goods caused by us.

Straight terms

30% deposit, 70% before shipment. T/T as standard, other terms discussed for repeat orders.

Direct access to the workshop

You talk to people who can walk to the production line. Video calls from the floor are welcome, and factory visits can be arranged — including a third-party inspection before shipment.

Purchasing details

Everything buyers ask before the first order

If something is missing, ask — we would rather answer a question than have you assume.

What is your minimum order quantity?

100 pcs per style, for hardware and zippers alike. For custom items requiring a new mould or an unusual colour, the minimum may be higher and we will state it clearly in the quote.

Can I mix colours and sizes in one order?

Yes. Colours and sizes can be mixed within the 100 pcs minimum for the same style. Mixed-colour orders are packed and labelled separately so your production line can pick them without sorting.

How long does a sample take?

Stock samples: 2–3 days. Custom samples made to your drawing, colour or logo: 15 days. We send photos before dispatch so you can approve without waiting for the parcel.

What is the bulk lead time?

30 days from deposit and sample approval. If your deadline is tighter, tell us at the enquiry stage — we will say honestly whether it is achievable rather than promise and miss.

What are your payment terms?

30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. T/T is our standard method. Other terms can be discussed for repeat customers.

Can you print our logo on packaging?

Yes. Printed logo on bags, boxes and labels is available for bulk orders. Send your artwork in vector format and we will show you a proof before printing.

What happens if there is a quality problem?

Every bulk order is assigned a named after-sales contact. Complaints are answered within 24 working hours. Where a defect is caused by our production, we replace the goods or compensate — we do not ask you to absorb it.

Do you have certifications?

Not yet. We do not display certificates we have not been issued, so at this stage there are none on this website. What we can offer instead: you are welcome to inspect the factory through SGS, Intertek, BV or your own representative, and we will send photos and video from the production floor whenever you ask. When certifications are issued we will publish them here with their numbers.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

A factory, and we have been making metal parts in Dongguan for twelve years. Production, assembly and inspection happen in our own workshop under one roof — you are welcome to visit, or to send an inspector. Video walkthroughs of the floor are available on request.

What are your shipping terms?

EXW and FOB as standard. We can also arrange door-to-door courier or sea freight if you would rather we handle it. Shipping cost depends on volume and destination, so it is quoted separately.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — Europe, North America, Australia and Southeast Asia are our main markets. If you are outside these regions, ask and we will confirm shipping options.

Notes from the workshop

Technical notes for buyers

Short, practical writing about materials, testing and specification — the things that decide whether a component lasts.
