We are a manufacturer in Dongguan, Guangdong, not a trading company. Production, assembly and inspection happen under one roof — which is why we can give you a lead time and mean it.
Oshe has been producing bag hardware and zippers since 2014. The work we do in-house covers stamping, machining, polishing, plating coordination, assembly and final inspection. Zipper chain and tape are sourced from long-standing suppliers and finished here — we say this plainly rather than implying everything is extruded on site.
Because the assembly and inspection steps are ours, the thing we can control is the thing that most often goes wrong elsewhere: the last five percent. Plating thickness, edge burr, slider travel, colour consistency between batches.
We do not hold product certifications at this stage, and we do not display badges we have not been issued. When certificates are obtained they will be published here with their numbers, so that a buyer can verify them. Until then, ask us for whatever you need for your file and we will tell you honestly whether we can provide it.
If your compliance team requires a specific test before the first order, tell us at the enquiry stage — most common tests can be arranged at cost.
